Week 3: SEED

Hope • Momentum • Micro-Vision

"Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin..." — Zechariah 4:10

This Week's Focus

Now that new energy and ideas are emerging, it's time to refine. This week is about eliminating distractions that could drain the renewal you've planted.

Pruning isn't punishment — it's protection. You're cutting away what no longer serves so what matters can thrive.

What you prune determines what flourishes.

How This Week Works

Each day builds on the last as you learn to identify misalignment, release what no longer serves, and create sacred simplicity in your life.

📖 Daily Structure

Each day includes:

  • Morning Reflection: Start your day with focused questions
  • Journal Prompts: Process your thoughts and insights
  • Micro-Action: One small, practical step to take today
  • Evening Check-In: Reflect on what you noticed and learned
⏱️ Time Commitment

Expect to spend 15-30 minutes per day:

  • 10 minutes for morning reflection and journaling
  • 5-10 minutes for your micro-action
  • 5 minutes for evening check-in

The work is brief but intentional. Consistency matters more than duration.

Day 1: Misalignment Check

What patterns no longer fit?

"Renewal reveals misalignment. What worked before may not work now. Pay attention to what feels off."

Morning Reflection

As you renew, you become more aware of what no longer fits. Patterns that once worked now feel misaligned.

What patterns, habits, or commitments feel out of alignment?

What worked before but doesn't work now?

🔍 Today's Reflection Questions

Use your workbook for main reflections. These digital spaces are for additional notes.

Today's Micro-Action

Spend 10 minutes today noticing what feels misaligned. Don't fix it yet — just notice it. Awareness is the first step.

Today's Goal: Identify patterns that no longer serve who you're becoming.
🌱

Evening Check-In

What pattern did I notice today that no longer fits who I'm becoming?

Write it down. Naming it is the first step toward releasing it.

Day 2: Sacred Release

What am I afraid to let go of?

"Sometimes we hold onto things not because they serve us, but because we're afraid of what happens if we release them."

Morning Reflection

Letting go is hard — especially when we're afraid of what comes next. But holding on to what no longer serves you is harder.

What am I afraid to let go of?

What would it look like to release it?

🔍 Today's Reflection Questions

Use your workbook for main reflections. These digital spaces are for additional notes.

Today's Micro-Action

Identify one thing you're holding onto out of fear. You don't have to release it today — but name it honestly.

Today's Goal: Name what you're afraid to release and explore why you're holding on.
🎯 Bonus Task Available! After completing Day 2, you're ready for the Bonus Task: "Release Ritual." This powerful exercise will help you practice letting go. Expand the Bonus Task section below when you're ready.

🎁 Bonus Task: Release Ritual

Complete this after Day 2 or Day 3

Release Ritual

This bonus exercise is a powerful practice in letting go. It's designed to help you physically and spiritually release what no longer serves you.

⚠️ Important: This exercise requires intentionality and sacred space. Take your time. Complete this when you feel ready—ideally after Day 2 or Day 3.

The Release Ritual Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Space

Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Light a candle if possible. This is sacred work.

Step 2: Write What You're Releasing

On a piece of paper, write down what you're releasing. Be specific. Name the pattern, habit, relationship, or belief you're letting go of.

Step 3: Pray or Speak It Aloud

Read what you wrote aloud. Offer it to God. Ask Him to help you release it fully.

"God, I release this to You. I no longer need to carry it. Help me let it go and trust You with what comes next."

Step 4: Destroy the Paper

Tear up the paper, burn it safely, or bury it. This physical act symbolizes your release. What you're letting go of no longer has power over you.

Step 5: Reflect on the Space Created

Sit in silence for a few minutes. Notice the space that's been created. What might God want to fill it with?

🏆

Completion Badge

Completing this bonus task earns you the "Releaser" badge.

This badge represents your courage to let go and trust God with what comes next.
