Anchor Thought: "Busyness is not the same as effectiveness."
Write down one statement you often tell yourself that keeps you from setting boundaries.
Example: "If I stop being available, everything will fall apart."
Now flip it. Write the truth version that aligns with your growth.
Example: "When I protect my peace, I build something that actually lasts."
Say both statements out loud. Notice how your body reacts to each one.
Circle the statement that feels like truth.
Record a short voice note or journal entry finishing this sentence:

Anchor Thought: "What I consume daily becomes what I think constantly."
