Remember: His burden is light. What you release makes room for His peace.
What feels heavy right now?
Most of us are carrying more than we let on. Some pressure is valid, but some is inherited, imagined, or outdated. Before you can lay it down, you first have to name it. What weight are you silently managing that others don\'t see?
What roles, responsibilities, or expectations feel heavy right now?
What am I silently managing that others don\'t see?
Use your workbook for main reflections. These digital spaces are for additional notes.
Write down every source of current stress on a piece of paper. Next to each, write: "Is this mine to carry?" Ask God to highlight one burden to lay down today.
What weight did I name today that I\'ve been carrying silently?
Naming the weight doesn\'t make you weak — it makes you wise. You can\'t adjust what you won\'t acknowledge.
What\'s one weight you\'ve been carrying that you finally named today?
Share in the Community tab. Your honesty might help someone else see the weight they\'ve been carrying alone.
What do I believe about pressure?
Stress isn\'t just about what\'s happening — it\'s about what you believe while it\'s happening. If your root system is wired to think "I have to do it all" or "I can\'t let anyone down," the weight will never ease. Today, examine the beliefs beneath the burden.
What belief about myself is underneath this weight?
Where did I learn that pressure equals worth?
Use your workbook for main reflections. These digital spaces are for additional notes.
Identify one belief that\'s creating unnecessary pressure. Write it down. Then write the truth: "My worth is not determined by the weight I bear."
What false belief did I identify today that\'s been creating pressure?
Your beliefs shape your burden. Change the belief, lighten the load.
What false belief about pressure or worth are you challenging today?
Share in the Community tab. Your truth might help someone else challenge their own false beliefs.
Complete this after Day 2 or Day 3
This bonus exercise is a powerful practice in letting go. It's designed to help you physically and spiritually release what no longer serves you.
Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Light a candle if possible. This is sacred work.
On a piece of paper, write down what you're releasing. Be specific. Name the pattern, habit, relationship, or belief you're letting go of.
Read what you wrote aloud. Offer it to God. Ask Him to help you release it fully.
Tear up the paper, burn it safely, or bury it. This physical act symbolizes your release. What you're letting go of no longer has power over you.
Sit in silence for a few minutes. Notice the space that's been created. What might God want to fill it with?
Completing this bonus task earns you the "Releaser" badge.
This badge represents your courage to let go and trust God with what comes next.
If you feel comfortable, share what you released and what space it created. Your courage might inspire someone else to let go.
Where did this weight come from?
Not all weight is yours to carry. Some of it was handed to you by family, culture, or past experiences. Some pressure is inherited, imagined, or outdated. Today, trace the source so you can decide what is truly yours to bear.
Where did this pressure originate?

What can I lay down today?
God doesn\'t want you to live under constant strain. But to lay it down, you first have to practice surrender. Release is a daily habit, not a one-time event. Each morning, breathe deeply and ask: "What weight am I choosing today — mine or His?"
What is one thing I can release today?
What would it feel like to surrender this to God?
Use your workbook for main reflections. These digital spaces are for additional notes.

What is my true capacity?
Matthew 11:28-30 says, "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened... For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Heavy doesn\'t always mean holy. Sometimes you\'re carrying weight that didn\'t come from Him. Today, assess your true capacity and honor it.
What is my actual capacity right now?

What is my commitment moving forward?
You\'ve named the weight, examined your beliefs, traced the source, practiced release, assessed your capacity, and built a rhythm. Now comes the commitment: to live lighter. Not perfectly, but intentionally. You weren\'t designed to carry everything. Ground your growth before you grow your ground.
