Week 2: SOIL - Weight Season

Systems • Support • Environment

"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened... For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." — Matthew 11:28-30

This Week's Focus

The weight you carry is either increased or eased by your environment. This week is about examining your soil — the systems, habits, and people that either sustain you or silently drain you.

Your support determines how long you can endure the pressure and whether that pressure becomes purpose or burnout.

What grows in your life depends on the soil you're rooted in.

🎁 Bonus Task: Release Ritual

Complete this after Day 2 or Day 3

Release Ritual

This bonus exercise is a powerful practice in letting go. It's designed to help you physically and spiritually release what no longer serves you.

⚠️ Important: This exercise requires intentionality and sacred space. Take your time. Complete this when you feel ready—ideally after Day 2 or Day 3.

The Release Ritual Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Space

Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Light a candle if possible. This is sacred work.

Step 2: Write What You're Releasing

On a piece of paper, write down what you're releasing. Be specific. Name the pattern, habit, relationship, or belief you're letting go of.

Step 3: Pray or Speak It Aloud

Read what you wrote aloud. Offer it to God. Ask Him to help you release it fully.

"God, I release this to You. I no longer need to carry it. Help me let it go and trust You with what comes next."

Step 4: Destroy the Paper

Tear up the paper, burn it safely, or bury it. This physical act symbolizes your release. What you're letting go of no longer has power over you.

Step 5: Reflect on the Space Created

Sit in silence for a few minutes. Notice the space that's been created. What might God want to fill it with?

🏆

Completion Badge

Completing this bonus task earns you the "Releaser" badge.

This badge represents your courage to let go and trust God with what comes next.
