This bonus exercise is a powerful practice in letting go. It's designed to help you physically and spiritually release what no longer serves you.
Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Light a candle if possible. This is sacred work.
On a piece of paper, write down what you're releasing. Be specific. Name the pattern, habit, relationship, or belief you're letting go of.
Read what you wrote aloud. Offer it to God. Ask Him to help you release it fully.
Tear up the paper, burn it safely, or bury it. This physical act symbolizes your release. What you're letting go of no longer has power over you.
Sit in silence for a few minutes. Notice the space that's been created. What might God want to fill it with?
Completing this bonus task earns you the "Releaser" badge.
This badge represents your courage to let go and trust God with what comes next.
If you feel comfortable, share what you released and what space it created. Your courage might inspire someone else to let go.
